It’s no surprise that this location is a popular wedding spot – you can’t beat having this view as the backdrop for your special day. As a result, you’ll want to call in advance to ensure there is not a private event for the day of your visit. Other public events the winery hosts include guided vineyard hikes, and taco trucks with music. Daily wines by the glass are another option along with charcuterie boards for yet another excuse to sit and taste with the view.

The Wine

Winemaker Rachel Rose has a degree in Molecular, Cellular and Developmental Biology – which sounds very different from what you would expect. However, this may be a key factor in Bryn Mawr’s wine approach and success. She applies biology, chemistry, and experimentation every day to her passion.
