Brooks Wine was one of the first wineries in the area to offer a tasting room which has both indoor and outdoor seating options. They specialize and have won awards for their Pinot Noir and Riesling wines – which are fun to explore with their optional cheese and charcuterie board.
The Food
Brooks Winery is a popular spot among the locals, likely due to the food and view that go so well with their wine. For food options, small plates offered are a great choice to go with wine flights. They also have entree sized meals, such as butter poached shrimp, BLTs, and ribs that go well with suggested glasses. Resident chef, Norma Buchholz pulls together all of these food favs with the variety of Pinot and Riesling in mind. Likewise for the events, which often are themed around food, from oyster cooking classes to Sunday brunch. Discover what’s cooking on their current menu and list of events.
A View
If you are looking for a good view – look no further – expansive views of the valley can be had from their outdoor patio. On a clear day, you can even find Mt. Hood and the Cascades. With such a lively tasting room and plenty to offer, it’s not a surprise that weekends typically are booked in advance, so reservations are highly recommended. Explore more at the Brooks Wine website.
